They matched and beat any price we put in front of them. They helped us understand the ins and outs of shipping, storage, and delivery. All drawings and specifications were sent quickly and all correspondance was done with our renovators by email. When we discovered an issue with the plan for our microwave installation they stepped in quickly to help troubleshoot and solved the problem. In fact, when our renovators mentioned they couldn't sign-off on the SubZero and Wolf installation, Caplan's helped us locate an authorized installer who immediately did the job.
